It depends on the card. Some offer the option to add a pass through the vendor app or similar. Target, Starbucks, Kohls, etc let you add your gift card into their wallet digitally or connect it to their store card. I suspect you won't be able to, but you could try.

Location Restrictions:

Maybe if it was purchased in the same country as where you are looking to use it. Not certain about Disney.

Avoiding Scams:

Important: Getting it online and in-person may result in scams (and plenty are reported). Add it to your Apple Account right then-and-there after the transaction goes through at the cash register. Elsewise, you'd have to return it, if an option at all.
