Could Not Disable iCloud Backup

Hello Everyone,

I recently upgraded from a Xs to a 13 Pro. The only thing that wasn't an upgrade was the storage. The XS had 512GB, while the new iPhone 13 Pro only had 256GB. I decided to transfer over my XS data, apps and settings through iCloud. When the 13 Pro reached 90% storage capacity, I tried to stop the backup, but it kept on downloading files. I went into the iCloud backup settings and disabled it. I also started deleting TV and movies to clear up space. It would let me delete the file, but would magically reappear and continue downloading by itself. Eventually it stopped doing the backup transfer, after disconnecting from the internet, but this was very frustrating, and I wanted to see if other people had experienced this. Thanks!
