I would anticipate no issue here—

It will stay as "Processing" until it comes of the assembly line and at that point changes to "Shipping" . Only then will your card be charged.

You can still look forward to Delivery date is 12 Nov - 19 Nov. Apple will give you an update if this estimate changes.
