I do not have any apple device, and I want to use my apple credit card. How can I get my card numbers without an wallet app. Is there any other possibility

If you don't have any Apple devices you can't use the Apple Card for any purchase other than from Apple and you don't need the card number to do that.

If you apply online and don't add Apple Card to an eligible iPhone or iPad that you own, you can only use it to make eligible purchases online and in-store at Apple.2
If you don't have any Apple devices you can't use the Apple Card for any purchase other than from Apple and you don't need the card number to do that.

You won't need the card number. The Apple Card is linked to your Apple ID and you will use that when buying the phone and specifying that you want to pay with Apple Card. If using the Monthly Installments option (interest free) be sure to specify that as well.
Also, for all of the above you will need to buy directly from Apple (Apple Store or Apple online, not an Authorized Reseller.
