Hello BebeSOF64,

We see you're having issues printing, and we'd be happy to help.

First, check to see if you're using the latest available software/drivers for your printer. Often when a major software upgrade is released to the system, developers/manufacturers will also release updated software to coincide.

You can check in System Preferences > Software Update to see if anything shows here first. If not, try checking on the Canon site.

If that doesn't help, you may try resetting the printing system via the steps here: Reset the printing system on your Mac to solve a problem

As the page notes, "This process deletes all printers from your list of printers, deletes information about all completed print jobs, and deletes all printer presets." So it will require setting it back up, but should help if there's any corruption.

Cheers.
