Reinstall this App:

Sign out of the app. Once signed out, remove the app, and add it back. Perhaps it is misconfigured somehow? To remove it, simply hold you finger down on the icon, and then click the which-colored "X", once the icon wiggles. Then, get the app, sign in, and try this all once more, sting if it comes back.

Do Your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this. Many may have come across this. Question is: "Have the reported it?". So, by reporting it, Apple may not be back to your directly, but the more they know of this, the more they will know what bugs are out there and what fixes to include in updates to come.

1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
2. Comment: on when you came across this issue, and how you have trorubleshsot it, thus far.
3. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
4. Proceed from there aw necessary
