Calendar on iPhone 6s

From your post, it sounds like your calendar entries disappeared. Have you made any changes to your device such as removing email addresses? If so, this may be the cause of the deletion of the entries. You can remedy this by adding the email account back to the device: Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If you use a 3rd party email provider to sync your calendar entries, try checking to see if the calendar entries show up through a web browser.
