it has a mini mac A1347 EMC2840 LATE 2014 and i want to increase ram memory in it. Can you tell me what is the best memory to buy for it?

Sorry but the Late 2014 Mac Mini's RAM modules are integrated into the logic board and can not be upgraded.

At best all you can do is upgrade the HDD model to an SSD, but even that will only give you some relief with that entry level 2014 system.

IMHO you would be better off putting that money into buying a new 2020 M1 or perhaps a refurbished 2018 model.

your Mac Mini needs ram that meets certain requirements, and can be increased up to 64 GB.
