The enable WIFI is grayed out on one of our Ipad Pro devices. I have toggled Airplane mode several times with no change. I have reset the network connections with no success. I did a full system reset with no change. I connected to hard wire and got all the IOS updates with no change. I check the low battery mode and it's not enabled. Is that the end of our journey with this device?
That is very strange... I would try to contact Apple Support; it could be a hardware issue with your iPad

Yes. I was able to get the latest IpadOs by connecting to ethernet.
Thanks for the quick reply but I have tried all of the options. The WIFI button is simply grayed out no matter what fix I try.
The WIFI button is gray out not matter where the device is. I don't see an option to turn it off or on. It just says not connected.
