I use a outlook Mail for my Apple ID. But when I try to change my
my Apple ID ( I type in my new email address) then I get a pop up.
asking for my password for my outlook Mail. For security
trouble is I forgot my password for outlook and having
trouble with Microsoft retrieving it.

I hoped there would be a easy way around this issue.
at the moment I can’t get into that outlook account.
i can’t reset my Microsoft password because I have
requested to many codes .
