All of a sudden, I’m getting this error message when opening email in apple mail app on my iPhone and iPad. This morning everything was fine and 5 hours later this is happening. I don’t have a VPN installed on either device. I’m sure it has something to do with apple private relay but why now, all of a sudden?

Actually, later on, I noticed I was having trouble downloading emails and Safari pages. I turned my devices off and on and everything started working fine again.

I got that message intermittently this afternoon on a MacBook. I put it down to a network problem at or near Apple's servers that handle private loading.
your network settings prevent content from loading privately
