My brand new iPhone 13 (bought 10/31) already has a lot of crash reports due to different bug types. I have not even set it up all the way. Today is the first time I downloaded anything onto it - two apps from the App Store, one being Apple Support. I would appreciate any guidance as to this report.
Unless you are an Apple Engineer, looking at these reports is pretty much meaningless. If you are having an issue with your phone, describe it here, otherwise, best to leave the reports which are unintelligible to us mere mortals alone.
If you can not connect to the Apple Support App, try support.apple.com website.
Thanks for the suggestion, I have already spoken to support about other issues with the phone. They were unhelpful and unknowledgeable about whether anyone at Apple could read the analytics my phone is producing.
Thanks for the feedback. The report is saying my files are being overwritten and dirtied to start with. I wasn’t sure where to post this. I’ll try the developer’s page perhaps. Thanks!
Analytics are unintelligible to all humans. Even Apple engineers don’t read them; they process the files with an AI app that extracts the meaningful content into a human readable report.
