Burning a CD off of my itunes library

how do i convert the file to a wav or mp3 file so that i can drag it into my CD creator program?

I used to be able to do it but now there is no more option.

Use the procedure in here: Convert a song to a different file format with the Apple Music app or iTunes for Windows – Apple Support (UK)

Note that you must start with a local, non-protected file. Apple Music subscription tracks cannot be converted.
