when I have phone plugged into apple car play in 2021 Nissan Murano and a text notification comes in, it's at loudest volume setting possible and I can't adjust this. Anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, you are having an issue with volume when using your iPhone via CarPlay in your Nissan. To help with this, you could change settings to "Silence New Messages" and other steps in these Apple resources:
