This is new since the update. Past practice was to click-hold an icon until all icons start wiggling, then drop it over another icon to create a folder. This (the drop-create-folder) no longer works...
Any suggestions?
That should still work, but you don't need to click and hold until it wiggles (never needed that before). Just drag one icon on top of another and it should open the group.
I tested both methods and they still work.
Restart, maybe. Not really sure what to suggest to make it work.
FWIW, Just dragging one icon on top of another works for me as well.
