Im trying to get download games for my little cousin and when i click install it says contact itunes support to complete transaction and its all free games on a fresh iPad and apple ID

Game downloads I created an id for my son to download games now it wont let me download anything because it says i HAVE to sign into Itunes. I did that and when I entered my credit card info it still did not work. I shouldnt have to use a bank card. My son is autistic and all he wants to do is play free games. Please help. Thanks

iTunes support I’m trying to get a free game from the App Store & it indicates that I haven’t purchased before. It asks me to setup my account, which I did. However it gives me an error. “please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction “
