I created an id for my son to download games now it wont let me download anything because it says i HAVE to sign into Itunes. I did that and when I entered my credit card info it still did not work. I shouldnt have to use a bank card. My son is autistic and all he wants to do is play free games. Please help. Thanks
If you mean you are getting a message to contact iTunes Support have you done as instructed and contacted them ? If not you should do so : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
It wouldnt even get that far. It keeps popping up a red message stating to go to itunes website for help or something. When i try to download a game it says that the icloud name hasnt been used in itunes yet.
I dont care for itunes i just want my kid to download a game
