Spotify songs unable to Download into new Apple Watch 7

Same here, new Apple Watch 7, iPhone 11pro, all software up to date but downloading Spotify playlist to my watch does not work, tried rebooting and reinstalling the app, nothing works

As a follow up to my last post. I have since taken the new watch back and got a 41mm. This too had exactly the same issue, but the fix posted here also worked for the new, new watch.

I got a Series 7 yesterday to replace my series 4. The old watch was working fine. All i get with the new one is the Loading screen as well. I can play music on my phone and control it via the watch, so the connection is there, but no way I'm getting any downloads, not even a stalled download.

Well i spoke too soon. Since my post i logged out of Spotify (as suggested here), deleted the app and re booted both devices, and put Spotify back on both. Now its working fine.

Funny but i did all this last night and it didnt work.
