Hi RMBScott,
Let's team up to help get you access to your purchase history.
Are you using the steps under 'See your purchase history on your computer' in this link? Check out: See your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and more
If you are, we recommend a restart. Check out the section 'Restart' here: Log out, sleep, wake, restart, or shut down your Mac
We also see that you're using macOS 11.6, but the latest version for that OS would be macOS 11.6.1 While the latest one just released, macOS Monterey 12.0.1, it's not required to install it at this time. We recommend making sure your Mac is up to date with the current macOS version. You can check for which exact version number is installed by clicking on the Apple logo at the top left corner of the screen, then on ‘About This Mac’. Here's how to first Back up your Mac with Time Machine, and afterwards, here's How to update the software on your Mac.
We hope this helps. Take care!
Hi RMBScott,
Based on the details in your last message, along with this occurring across all of your Apple devices, we recommend contacting Apple Support here: Get Support
Let them know the same details you mentioned, along with the error message, and they'll take it from there.
Have a good one!
Do you have any emojis in your device names?
Hey there appreciate the response but this was happening all across devices. Any reason this would occur with fully-updated devices? Is that error ONLY associated w/ a need for updates?
