Trying to access my subscription payment history and then this: Bad Message 400
reason: Illegal character CNTL=0x11

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.6

Are you using the steps under 'See your purchase history on your computer' in this link? Check out: See your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and more


If you are, we recommend a restart. Check out the section 'Restart' here: Log out, sleep, wake, restart, or shut down your Mac


We also see that you're using macOS 11.6, but the latest version for that OS would be macOS 11.6.1 While the latest one just released, macOS Monterey 12.0.1, it's not required to install it at this time. We recommend making sure your Mac is up to date with the current macOS version. You can check for which exact version number is installed by clicking on the Apple logo at the top left corner of the screen, then on ‘About This Mac’. Here's how to first Back up your Mac with Time Machine, and afterwards, here's How to update the software on your Mac.
