You cannot downgrade. iOS14.8 is only signed for OTA so you cannot DFU it.
Also camera quality is not worse in ios15. Your camera must have developed fault co-incident with the upgrade.

As far as Apple is concerned you cannot downgrade to an unsigned ipsw. Asking for signature files is not going to be successful.

Yes it was ok and I played many games in ios14.8 and it was the best and gave maximum fps. But now BGMI lags a lot and fps drops in ios15.1
I tried reflashing whole ios15.1 using itunes but it is still same.

If your phone was ok before ios15 then it will be OK on ios15.
If app developers are late optimising apps with ios15 theres nothing we can do to help.
