Notification Circle on Screen

I have this weird circle on my phone that I can't get rid of. If I open it, it has buttons for Notification Center, Control Center, etc.

That is called AssistiveTouch. You can turn it off by going to settings, scrolling to accessibility, clicking touch, and clicking Assistive Touch.
