I had done that (in the link) to no avail. It was from that page I submitted my question. :-) However, the problem has since been solved. First, here were the issues
- The State where I live (Texas, USA) only keeps track of a limited amount of COVID vaccinations.
- The Provider where I received the shots do not offer QR codes nor downloadable information.
- The place which had the vaccination info is both a health care insurance company and health care provider. Even though I did NOT receive the COVID shot through them (they are not my primary care) they somehow had records of the shots. (They weren't my insurance provider, either). So I linked the insurance/hospital app up to Health App. The Health app then had my Immunization information, but no link in the Summary to add to Wallet.
- After working my way through Apple Support I was advised that some providers don't (yet) provide QR/file capabilities to allow for Apple Health/Wallet to work. But with support on the phone, I checked the insurance/health site once again and VOILA, there seems to have been a new button (it must have been within the last couple days) put up which allows for QR code verification.
In short, everything now works. I appreciate taking the time to help me out!
