Wrong charge they takes my momey

Kindly i need your support they deduct 489.99 egp from my visa card for renewal application today , i didn’t want to renewable the app because I deleted it months ago and i didn’t use it today i found they deduct 489.99 from my visa card without my permission so i need my money back to my visa because im didn’t chose to renewable this app and i wanna money back please and cancel this subscription because i dont wanna it & I don’t use this app and this my first time i try to contact with apple support and i hope you can help .
