How do I manually add iTunes on Windows 10 to iTunes Remote on my iPhone 8

When I try to manually add my iTunes on my Windows 10 to an iTunes Remote on my iPhone 8, this is what shows on my iPhone:

I look for the button on my iTunes on my Windows 10 that the next step requires, that would allow me to type in the numbers showing on iTunes Remote on my iPhone, but the button is not there like it had been before when I went through this procedure in the past. Here is a screenshot of iTunes on my Windows 10. I am showing what happens when I click on that button that is showing a pop-up window that says "My Computer" and "Daniel's Mac Pro".

Here is a screenshot before I clicked on that one button that shows a pop-up windows:

As you can see, the button I need to press to take the next step to set up my iTunes on Windows 10 is not there.

What do I need to do about this? I had an option to select Home Sharing. I wasn't able to get that to work either. I prefer to manually set up iTunes on my Windows 10 to work with iTunes Remote.
