Phone noise cancellation

There isn’t any option like phone noise cancellation in my iphone 13 pro max running on latest iOS version 15.1 how do i fix this issue ?

having trouble while i am on call with someone

hey,

the issue is still not solved. I also tried to restart the phone and i also did reset network setting but the issue is still unsolved

down attached i am not showing the phone noise cancellation option in the menu

They also failed to find the solution of this issue. And i am having very trouble talking to someone on the call while there’s lot of background noise.
