I have screen time turned on with restrictions enabled as well but I’m reading that is restricting the Apple Wallet. How can I enable Apple Wallet and leave those on. Is it one setting or do I have to disable restrictions entirely? If I have to disable it entirely that’s pretty dumb.

For help with allowing Wallet to be used, we'd recommend checking out the section labeled "Allow built-in apps and features" of the following resource to enable the Wallet to be used with the restrictions you currently have in place:
Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
If you see that you're still unable to enable the Apple Wallet from being used, you'll want to Contact Apple Support so they can look into this with you in more detail.
