Phone buffering

My phone keeps buffering on any apps. When i open my camera it takes a minute to go from a black screen to actually open the camera. Also keeps buffering when watching any kind of video such as youtube or tiktok apps

Camera app crash while taking photos (Iphone 13 ,15.4.1) Sometime when i try to take photo , camera app goes black after i press capture button, like full black screen( not showing any buttons on camera app) and then crash , sometimes it doesn't crash but restart the camera app. Then i have to restart the phone to use the camera again, this happens ones or twice in a week. To test after the camera app crash i used facebook massager app to see if i can use camera app there, same thing, it didn't work on that app too. Is it something related to camera hardware? or just software. And how can i fix this permanently other then restarting the phone every time

iPhone 11 Camera freezes when I open the App on phone to click pictures I have most updated iOS 14.0.1 version installed on my iPhone 11; but, 8 out of 10 times when I open the Camera App to click image, the camera freezes and then I have to wait for a few seconds for it to come back to normal or many times open and close app to be able to click images? Sometime, after clicking 1 or 2 images the screen freezes as above Same issue while shooting videos occur. Any solution to this?
