failure only in case of safe mode

When I started my iMac Pro (2017) with Monterey (12.0.1) in the safe mode, a folder with a question mark appears (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204323) soon after I type my login password. No problems happen when I boot my mac in the normal mode.


I have tried the NVRAM reset, re-installation of the OS using the recovery tool... but they does not work.
