Toll-free numbers are not working both in local and international helpline. What is going on? I have called on the mentioned working hours. Here in UAE it says the number is not in service. In this 8000 444 0396 again no answer

How can we contact apple support or customer service whenever we need to ask anything about their services/ purchased products? The options are just confusing and it redirects you to page which does not have your queries in it. I have called the provided support toll-free numbers but it seems to no avail. Thie number provided 8000 444 0396 seems confusing. I called up within the mentioned working hours is from 10 a.m to 7 p.m. GST (Sunday through Friday) however it says i need to call them from 10 a.m to 7 p.m. GST (Sunday through Friday) which I did. I tried calling the UAE apple support it says the number is not in service. If these contact numbers are not working, is Apple not doing anything to update it?
