Is there a night mode for Notes? White text on black background. Seems like there used to be. Black text on white background kind of irritating for pre-dawn study/ reflection time.
iPad mini, iOS 9
You must enable "Dark mode" in Settings>Display&Brightness, but this feature is available on iPads running iPadOS 13 or later. If your product list (appearing on your original question) is correct, your iPad Mini, still running iOS 9, cannot be updated beyond that iOS version, because of hardware (CPU/RAM) incompatibility.
