Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Buongiorno, un anno fa ho comprato il mio imac 27" e dopo essere passato prima a Big Sur e poi a Monterey il mio computer ha cominciato ad avere problemi allo schermo sia in fase di accensione che in fase di spegnimento, ho già contattato l'assistenza apple per ricevere ulteriori chiarimenti, sia per telefono ma anche al centro assistenza, ma nessuno è riuscito a risolvere il problema. Qualcuno di voi ha riscontrato lo stesso problema?

non avviene un'accensione normale, in fase di accensione lo schermo si spegne e poi si accende e nello stesso momento avviene un cambio di colori una variazione cromatica e successivamente il dock cambia la risoluzione originaria.
mentre quando lo spengo avviene uno sfarfallio nello schermo

l'ho già portato al centro apple due settimane fa, l'hanno formattato e hanno reinstallato il sistema operativo ma non è cambiato nulla.
l'ho già ripreso
già contattati parecchie volte, non riescono a risolvere
