Forgot password for another id account
I have another device with another id but i can’t recover the account.
can you help me please?

Apple Support have articles online (links below) that may help.
Your Apple ID is usually an e-mail address (in some countries it may be a phone number).
You can enter information to find your Apple ID, if you have forgotten it:

Your Apple ID and Apple ID password is used to log-in to almost everything Apple.

Seems if you forgot your answers to your security questions:
you might be able to use your rescue email address to reset them.
