Synching different devices - Problem after I subscribed to iTunes

This issue started after I subscribed to Itunes with the family subscription. I mention this because I think it might be important. I am using a Windoze PC.


Itunes will sync to my phone just fine but when I plug my iPad into my PC iTunes, or Windows for that matter, does not seem to recognize it at all. As a result I can no longer sync my iPad to Itunes. This wouldn't be a problem except I like to store music on my phone and pictures on my iPad.
