alarms not play selected songs

I have read that there were some problems with the iOS 14 playing selected songs if they were not download and I had all my songs downloaded still had problems so I decided to update my phone all the way up to iOS 15 then retry to get my songs to work for my alarms it currently still is not working I also undownload them and re-download the songs back on to my phone and they are still not working
