I received notice the Elevate App will renew on 12/5/21 for $39.95. I want to cancel, but can’t find the subscription.

If you went through this, How to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support, and it didn’t help, look here for help.

Not all subscriptions are billed through Apple. My Netflix and HBO Max subscriptions do it go through Apple.
