Can Apple Watch supports cellular if I don’t have the iPhone but an iPad ?

You need an iPhone to set up an Apple Watch. You need an iPhone to use the cellular function on an Apple Watch with cellular.

You cannot pair an Watch with an iPad.

A compatible iPhone is a requirement.
