After creating custom domain email, can I use that domain to create a website in the future, if deem needed?

You have to have registered a domain at a service provider first. Then you can set up email to go with that domain at iCloud. Whether you can create a website at that domain depends on whether the service provider you have registered the domain with offers website hosting. It's nothing to do with Apple.

Understand. But, the custom domain itself you created. Let’s say, I have a barber shop and created an email domain in iCloud like info@barbershoppro.com (example). Will I be able to use that domain “barbershoppro.com” on a website host to create my website. That’s the actual question. I’ve had websites before and use that same domain for emails. Like, imagine www.lolipop.com so I have an email of “info@lollipop.com”. (These are examples, don’t know if these really exists). That’s why I’m asking.
