My iPhone hacked in changed the trusted number and email

Hello, my iPhone 11 now is locked, the email and phone number linked were changed to unknown. What should i do? I tried to reset password buy the code sent to that unknown phone number. I do have the box of my iPhone and the purchase receipt and the old email and phone number were linked to my iPhone. I tried all the ways to get my iCloud back but nothing works. Please i need help what should i do?
