Where do I start?
I am retired living in Mt Pleasant, SC.
Over the years I have purchased many items from Apple:

Lately Books

iPad
·
Phone Apple Xr
·
Air Tags
But all this to tell you that I am a consumer of your
products.
Certainly a drop in the bucket to your Multi-Billion
dollar company.
I have wanted to buy an Apple Watch for Health Reasons.
My Son & Daughter purchased a $300.00 Gift Card on
January 31, 2020 for my birthday.
This Gift Card was purchased at:

I LOST THE CARD.
My Daughter in Law XXXXX XXXXXXX tried to get the Pin
number until September 19, 2020, with no success.
I have not given up. But I too have met with no Success.

I tried many times this year calling apple customer
service and I have spoken to many people in many departments. Finally they said
the only way to handle this was going back to the store?
The COVID is RAGING. I have health issues. 4 of my
friends and relatives have died. My son has it, my best friend has it. So
On 7/26/2021 I called your King Street store and spoke to
a manager; XXXXX, we talked he felt sure if I brought both the letter and the
Gift card number down we could find a resolution. I told him I was going to NH
for my vacation with the family. He mentioned he was from Vermont we laughed at
our New England roots. I left XXXXX with “I’ll get back to him when I return.”
In September I called XXXXX to make an appointment. I never
spoke to him directly but the person who answered said XXXXX was not a
manager????
So last Thursday October 28, 2021 I went to your King
Street store and they immediately referred me to your Manager; XXXX.
I spent a good 35minutes showing him both XXXXX’s letter
and the documents with the gift card number.
XXXX said 4 things:
1.
The account had been suspended on sept 19, 2020
he did not know why but it was the same date XXXXX sent me the Gift card #
2. He
said the $300.00 was still sitting in the account. I was more than willing to
conceded since I lost the Gift Card that someone could have found it and
claimed it. THAT OBVIOUSLY IS NOT THE
CASE.
3.
The XXXX said he had been told by whoever was on
the phone with him that it was being escalated to upper management and I would
hear in 24 to 48 hours. That would be Saturday 10/30/2021 at the latest.
4.
Call him if I don’t hear.
I did not and have not heard, so
I have called 5 different times.

The 1st time I explained the above
conversation and the person from the King Street store said she would give him
a message to call me
·
The 2nd time I called back later that
afternoon, they said he was not working and by policy they could not give me
his work schedule.

I called Wednesday with no success to reach
anyone.
·
I called 4 more times on Thursday since he
worked last Thursday. Again I never got through after waiting over 30 minutes.
SO
I need Help.
