increase my hard disk available storage from 15GB to between 26GB to be able to accommodate new software update. Is it ok to update to 100GB? Maximum capacity of my Hard Disk is 1TB

SSD like to have 20-25% free storage at all times...you can do the math.


If your Mac is choked for free available storage then yes do some house cleaning
