Disabled Account

I can’t download any apps because my phone says that my account is disabled in the App Store and iTunes. How do I fix that? Its never happened before and it popped up out of nowhere. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

It can't be enabled from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
