Keyboard

Okay so, I wanted to pay for something with my card online. So I went on my apple store and add my debit card. But, every time it has me type something, it only shows half of my keyboard. So I cant type any info in. I tried over and over, but it only shows some of my keyboard, I can tell the rest is there it’s not just on my screen.
