I can’t watch ads in every apps in my iPad. I tried to look up for a solution and most of them said I should go to Privacy > Apple advertising and then turn on Personalized Ads, but my personalized ads button is kinda grayish and I can’t do anything to it or click on it for some reason. Does anyone know what happened? Or solutions? Here’s the picture

I am not asking about the apps being managed. I am asking about the device being managed.
Is your iPad managed by a school or employer? Are you part of a Family Sharing group? Are you a minor?
