I can’t watch ads in every apps in my iPad. I tried to look up for a solution and most of them said I should go to Privacy > Apple advertising and then turn on Personalized Ads, but my personalized ads button is kinda grayish and I can’t do anything to it or click on it for some reason. Does anyone know what happened? Or solutions? Here’s the picture

Hello Sberman. No, I bought them myself from the store about last month so probably not managed by school or employer, I’m also not part of Family sharing group and I’m not a minor. i also checked my iPhone and it has the same problem.
