How to recover deleted files who also deleted from icloud

Yesterday i deleted all files from recents without knowing that i will loose them permanently. I gave the MacBook today to an IT and he was trying to recover the files, for several hours, from the hard drive with no luck. The files were also on icloud but since i have deleted them from my laptop there are not on i cloud either.

Does anyone know if i can recover them from icloud?

I have tried to go to icloud drive, advance settings and restore files but i had no luck......

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.0

If you emptied the trash, you permanently deleted the items. You may see "restore files" at iCloud.com/drive (lower right), but that is unlikely. https://support.apple.com/guide/icloud/recover-deleted-files-mmae56ea1ca5/icloud

Of course, you can restore any files from your Time Machine backup provided the files existed when your most recent backup was completed. https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/restore-files-mh11422/mac

I don’t understand how can I find files on restore files on iCloud Drive that I have deleted and emptied the trash a few days ago and I can’t see the files I deleted on Thursday.

Restore files will only show those items that can be restored. If you permanently deleted files, they will not be recoverable.
