Anyone having trouble scrolling through their Comcast emails on their iPad?
Never had a problem until recently. Tried changing the View settings, but it didn’t make a difference…
I finally found a workaround by scrolling in the white space area instead of scrolling over the graphics but just curious if anyone has any other suggestions. Thanks!

Which model of iPad and version of iPadOS is this happening with?

Thanks for the reply. It happens while checking Xfinity email online in Safari, not using Apple Mail or another app.
It’s an iPad Air (1st gen.) / iOS 12.5.5.
Not sure if Xfinity changed/updated something on their end and is no longer as compatible with Apple, no longer compatible with that iOS, or if something else is going on.
