My own AirTags and AirPods Pro detected as unknown on iPhone 13 Pro

Hi Community,

Since I have my new iPhone 13 Pro, I often receive a message from Find My that AirTags (and even my AirPods Pro) have been detected:

Contrarily to what my iPhone thinks, these are legitimately my devices, but unfortunately, there's no way to stop these false negatives.

Has anyone experienced the same problem ?

How have you managed to fix it ?

Thanks for reaching out through the Apple Support Communities about those erroneous reports concerning your AirTag and AirPods.

Is your iPhone 13 Pro all up to date? Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Does that still persist after resetting your AirPods? How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro

How about your AirTag? How to reset your AirTag

If so, you’ll want to reach out to Apple Support so they can look into this behavior further: Contact Apple Support

Take care.
