waiting approval from others device

hi everyone.

i have ipad mini 1st gen and replaced my account to my wife account.

But the device give notification "APPROVE THIS IPAD (Go to one of your others devices signed in to icloud to approved this ipad).

And its loading.. forever.

noted :

i have iphone 5S on 2014 and this ipad asking to approve on this iphone 5s.

The problem is my iphone 5s broken.

I tried sign in icloud on PC using the account use on the ipad, but theres is no option to approve.

How should i do?

I don't know if you can roll back, but I would first remove the iPad Mini from devices where you are logged in, see this Apple article: Check your Apple ID device list to see where you're signed in

After that your wife can log in with her Apple ID and the corresponding password on the iPad Mini.

The iPad Mini will be automatically added to her account.
