Mail issues loading content in macOS Monterey 12.0.1—

Open mail app select Mail>Preferences>Privacy disable “Protect Mail Activity” / “Hide IP address” / “Block all remote content” —content for the email will load automatically

If Preferences not displaying> clicked About Mail> 2 option to select. I selected first option - about hiding IP address etc.. may fix the issue.

If you never had a privacy issue before Monterey, then you won't have a privacy issue now.
