Uninstall java

After uninstalling java on my m1 MacBook Air, it's still shown in system preferences, even though when I click it it tells me that it's not available anymore. I've already tried restarting the system and repeating the uninstalling process but nothing happened, anybody knows how to completely remove java from my Mac?
